Hello friends  you love the cibo per il cuore!

Today I want to tell a beautiful afternoon: the Brando party with her friends petites!
How nice bounce between the pizzas where stands his Ta-tta (Mickey Mouse), soap bubbles (the gift of your friends Brando) and a host of happy children running in a thousand games and smiles.
One of the most beautiful moments? See Brando and his friends petites eat quinoa patties vegan (the have devoured in a flash!)
Before leaving the recipe of quinoa patties, two clicks greedy equipment brunch (even bottled water had the label of Mickey Mouse!)

For a fried perfect!
1.Heat the oil to a temperature of 175°.

You can also bake them in the oven. In this regard, a plate coated with baking paper, lay the meatballs and sprinkle with a little oil. Passage to 180 ° for 20 minutes

Serve the meatballs with yogurt sauce flavored with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice and parsley finely chopped.

Et, voilà, the meatballs quinoa and yogurt sauce are served!
