Muffin alle ciliegie

Ingredienti secchi

150 gr. di farina 00 biological
150 gr. di zucchero semolato
8 gr. di lievito biologico per dolci
un pizzico di fior di sale
12 ciliegie

Ingredienti liquidi

3 uova
50 ml. di latte
100 gr. di burro fuso

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl mix all dry ingredients except the cherries.
Mix the eggs, milk and melted butter until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients.
Stir gently to mix all ingredients.
Ultimate with the addition of cherries.
Line a muffin mold with paper cups.
Filled with the dough with the help of an ice cream dispenser (super practical!)
Passage in oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes until they are puffed and golden.
For 6 maxi muffins.
