Good morning friends and friends who love the sweetness of life!

Today, I wanted to share my favorite sweetie with my friends: the delicious cocoa muffin.
Muffins can be declined in a thousand variations: with fruit, cream and even salted (cornbread muffins)!

Perfect, for a delicious breakfast full of energy accompanied by a steaming cup of milk, or a snack with a black tea, a juice or an extract.

Chocolate muffin

180 gr. of 00 organic flour
20 gr. of bitter cocoa
2 gr. of cinnamon
170 gr. of granulated sugar
8 gr. of organic yeast
a pinch of salt
1 egg
80 ml of lactose-free milk
80 ml of lactose-free white yogurt
50 ml of sunflower seed oil

1. Preheat the 200 ° static oven.
2. Line a muffin mold with the cups.
3. Mix the flour with cocoa, cinnamon, sugar and baking powder.
4. Mix the egg with salt, milk, yogurt and oil.
5.With the use of a wooden spoon, gently incorporate the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients until they are amalgamated.
6. Fill the cups with the mixture up to 2/3.
7. Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
8. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 150 °.
9.To finish cooking for a further 8 minutes

Bake the muffins and fill the house with chocolaty smiles and perfumes.

The greedy feedback? Everyone liked them! With their “crunchy dome” of granulated sugar and the heart of softness has conquered even the most demanding palates!
The touch of Le petit? That hint of cinnamon that is really good with chocolate!
