Good morning lady’s food and heart knights!

Today served on a silver tray, a true gourmets appetizer: bresaola  with ricotta, green apple and fennel.
Ideal for last-minute lunches, squeezing the eye to the fashion side of life!
All accompanied by a nice rhymes.
A bit of good humor, we know, never breaks in the kitchen!

Bresaola rolls
With cottage cheese,
green apple
And fennel.
deal for big ones
And children,
First taste it with your eyes
And you will find a taste with flakes.
A chic appetizer
for delightful clicks

 Bresaola rolls

1 pound cream cheese
extra virgin olive oil
zest of 1 organic lemon
1 green apple
1/4 fennel
1 pound bresaola

  1. Scented cream cheese with extra virgin olive oil and organic lemon zest.
  2. Sliced green apple cubes and fennel with a mandolin.
  3. Stuff the slices of bresaola with said compound.
  4. Close to bundle with the aid of a fashion skewer.
  5. Step in the fridge for at least an hour.
  6. Accompanied with a glass of white wine, perfect!

For vegan bresaola bundles, you can replace ricotta with a spreadable soy cheese

Another chic appetizer? Guacamole, avocado toast,  millefeuille  of chips.

At the end of this fast lunch, a chocolate sweet and a petit cafe are fine!

Ah, I forgot, always believe in the wind that changes and the power of the cuddles
